Delete your account

stems.pro (by Nine23 Works LLC) lets you delete your account yourself, on the web and in the iOS, Android, and desktop apps:

• Sign in and open Settings → Profile.
• Under Delete account, enter your current password (leave it blank if you only sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook) and type DELETE to confirm.

You are signed out on every device immediately, and any active subscription is canceled.

If you can’t sign in, email support@stems.pro from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with you and then delete the account the same way.

• Your account: email address, display name, and sign-in details.
• Every song you uploaded, its separated stems, pitched versions, waveforms, and analysis data.
• Your setlists, teams you own, pads, and per-song settings.
• Your support tickets, usage counters, and offline-sync database.

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm and completes within 30 days.

• Billing and tax records that the law requires us to keep, held by our payment processor (Stripe).
• If you joined through a creator’s referral, a pseudonymized referral record that can’t be used to contact you.
• Encrypted backups, which expire on a rolling schedule.
